How Far from the Airport?

Two miles from the Hilo International Airport, the main airport for East Hawaii servicing the Hilo area. Approx. $8.00 taxi fee.

Free Shuttle Service?

No. The taxi runs frequently from the airport. Approx. $8.00 taxi fee.

How Far from the Volcano?

National Park 40 miles taking about 1 hour.

Internet Access?

High speed wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel for a fee. Hourly, daily or weekly rates available.

Microwave Oven?

The hotel has several rooms with microwave ovens. Please phone hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Hair Dryers?

The hotel has many hair dryers. Upon hotel check in, ask for this item at the front desk.

Although parking is limited, the hotel does offer complimentary parking.

Most of our rooms are non smoking rooms. There are a limited amount of smoking rooms available. All guest areas are non smoking.

How many people to a room?

Although our rooms are spacious, rules allow for up to three adults sharing one room for an additional fee. Up to two children under the age of 12 using the existing bedding and accompanying a paying guest are free.

Located on a Beach?

Hilo is best known for its flora, fauna and the Volcano National Park. Little can be said about its beaches, although you can find Richardson’s Beach, 5 miles from the hotel.

Does the hotel have a Restaurant?

The Coconut Grill offers a wide selection of island favorites. Open daily.

Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card that will not be charged until check in. Credit Cards accepted Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB.

Cancellation Policy?

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate.
